1. ORDER CANCELLATION ELIGIBILITY

1.1 Before Shipment

✅ Orders can be canceled before shipment for a full refund.
✅ Custom or bulk orders cannot be canceled once processing has begun.

1.2 After Shipment

🚫 Orders cannot be canceled once they have been dispatched from our warehouse.
🚫 If a customer refuses to accept the delivery, no refund will be provided.

2. CANCELLATION OF CUSTOM & BULK ORDERS

🔹 Custom-made, special procurement, or bulk orders (large quantity purchases) are non-cancellable and non-refundable once production or procurement has started.
🔹 Any advance payment made for custom or bulk orders is non-refundable.

3. COMPANY RIGHTS & EXCEPTIONS

🔸 Hindolo reserves the right to cancel orders in cases of:

• Unavailability of stock
• Pricing errors or technical issues
• Fraudulent transactions or payment failures

🔸 If Hindolo cancels an order, a full refund will be provided to the customer.
