Such arbitration proceedings shall be conducted at Pune, Maharashtra; Raipur, Chhattisgarh. The arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in the English or Hindi language.

The arbitrator shall have powers to award and/or enforce specific performance. The arbitration award shall be final, and judgement thereupon may be entered in any court having jurisdiction over the parties or application may be made to such court for a judicial acceptance of the award and an order of enforcement, as the case may be.

Subject to resolving disputes by way of arbitration, the Courts of Pune, Maharashtra or Raipur, Chhattisgarh will have exclusive jurisdiction to decide disputes.

This website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
